I help my clients by giving you the knowledge on how to train, give you the confidence to succeed, give help and guidance for us to achieve YOUR goals.
To uncover your true potential you must first find your own limits and then you have to have the courage to blow past them.
I believe fitness should be a part of everyone’s life, whether you’re looking to lose weight, training for a sport, new fitness challenge or just want to maintain your fitness.
Why I do what I do
I like to help people with their injuries to become stronger
than they were before (like what I have been able to do). I do this by providing you with the correct lifting technique/posture, saving you going through the same pain as I did. I have developed myself and my business on rehab treatments this including sports massage. There are only a few personal trainers that can say they provide both professions.
I enjoy is Hillwalking, getting out into the fresh air and seeing some great scenery,
it is tough to beat the views in Scotland. Hoping to achieve going to Everest Base Camp soon.
I also like golfing; I find it interesting how fitness can improve aspects in the golf swing and added those techniques into my own training.
